A sign of a healthy church is the desire of the people to get involved in the outworking of the vision. In the earlier stages of our church, a healthy culture of serving and faithfulness was established which set the foundation for our future. Our church continues to be blessed with great people, who have a heart to serve God and serve people.

We believe that every person has a unique part to play and something great to offer. We invite you to join the team and become a part of the NFLC Crew. It’s amazing what a company of committed and unified people can achieve together!

It’s our heart that every volunteer be healthy and serving from a position of strength. Therefore we encourage all our volunteers to be at both weekend services, serving in one and attending in another. We pray that your involvement would be personally rewarding and bring you great fulfilment and that serving in NFLC would be the highlight of your week.
